                  Comments have been filed on behalf of respondent No.4 which are taken on record and copy thereof supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reflects that tender form was issued to the petitioner, however, the petitioner did not participate in the bidding process. Copy of notification dated 22nd May, 2014 has also been annexed along with comments, which reflects that a grievance committee has also been constituted in terms of Rule 31 of Sindh  Public Procurement Rules 2010, for redressal of grievances relating to any dispute in respect of bidding process.

                  Accordingly, instant petition is disposed of in view of the comments filed by respondents which reflect that blank tender form was issued to petitioner. However, petitioner will be at liberty to approach the grievances committee for redressal of his grievance, if any, in terms of SPPRA rules, 2010.
