Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 10.06.2013, whereby, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 20.06.2013 passed by the learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Khairpur, in Special Case No.38/2011 dismissing the application for transfer of the case from Anti-Terrorism Court to ordinary Court of jurisdiction, however, after having filed instant petition, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to pursue the matter, whereas, no restraining order has been passed.

It appears that with the lapse of considerable period, instant petition otherwise has become infructuous, which is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution.
