Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was presented in the office on 24.5.2012, whereby the petitioner has sought cancellation of the permission of the grantees for taking the Hills. Moreover from perusal of comments filed by official respondents, the claim of the petitioner has been seriously disputed and the allegations have been denied. The matter is pending since 2012 without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
