                  Petitioner No.1 Mst. Aqsa d/o Mustakeem is present in court submits that she being sui-juris has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 with her free will without any pressure and coercion, whereas, she has not been abducted by any one. She further stated that she wants to live with her husband, however, there is apprehension that her parents and relatives will cause harm and involve her and her husband in false criminal cases. Both petitioners present in court submit that they are presently residing within the jurisdiction of PS Naushahro Feroze and have prayed for protection. Pursuant to court notice ASI Abdul Ghani Abbasi of PS Naushahro Feroze shown his appearance who has recorded statement of petitioner Mst.Aqsa and submit that necessary protection will be provided to petitioners in respect of their free will marriage. Respondents No.2 and 3 have also filed their comments wherein it has been stated that the petitioners are not residing at the given address. However, stated that necessary protection will be provided to them whenever they approach for such protection.

                  Accordingly instant petition stands disposed of with directions to the SHO Police Station Naushahro Feroze to ensure that no any harassment will be caused to the petitioners in respect of their free will marriage. If any FIR regarding abduction of petitioner No.1 is registered by private respondents, no one shall be arrested in such FIR, however, the petitioners will be at liberty to seek remedy of quashment of such FIR, by approaching the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
