However, under instructions submits that the petitioner does not want to press instant petition as the tender form has been issued by the respondents.

Statement has been filed by respondent No.1 & 2, wherein it has been stated that tender form has been issued to the petitioner. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed.
