Through
instant petition, the petitioner alleges harassment by the respondents. Notices
were issued pursuant to which comments have been filed on behalf of respondent
No.4, 5 & 6 wherein the allegations as contained in the instant petition
have been denied. It has been stated that no harassment whatsoever has been
caused to the petitioners and on the contrary by filing the instant petition,
the petitioner is attempting to black mail the respondents.
Learned
Counsel for the petitioner denied such allegations and submits that the
petitioner requests for due process of law and submits that the respondents may
be directed to treat the petitioner in accordance with law and not to cause any
harassment.
Accordingly,
instant petition is disposed of, however, with direction to respondents to
ensure that petitioner may be dealt with in accordance with law and no
harassment will be caused to the petitioner.
