In the instant petition petitioner alleged harassment by private respondent No.6 in respect of a plot situated in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Sukkur pursuant to some Iqrarnama executed between the private parties. Learned state counsel submits that instant petition is not maintainable as there is civil dispute between the parties which can not be decided in the instant petition by this court under its constitutional jurisdiction under article 199 of the Constitution nor official respondents have caused any harassment to the petitioner by interfering in private dispute. Contention of learned State counsel appears to be correct. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent court of jurisdiction seeking his entitlement, possession etc, in accordance with law on the basis of valid legal document, however, official respondents may ensure that no harassment will be caused to the petitioner in respect of such civil dispute between private parties.
Accordingly instant petition stands disposed of.
