Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 19.11.2013, whereby, the petitioner is seeking appointment as Chowkidar and also claiming compensation for the agricultural land of the petitioner allegedly utilized by the respondents. However, after filing instant petition, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with the listed application.
