Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. On last date of hearing following order was passed:-

“This petition was disposed of vide order dated 28.4.2015 on the satisfaction of the learned counsel for the petitioner directing the respondents to act strictly in accordance with law. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the contempt application and when he was called upon to satisfy this Court as to why contempt has been committed by the alleged contemnors, he could not satisfy this Court and sought time. Adjourned to 25.8.2015.”

Through listed application, petitioner has alleged contempt of Court order dated 28.4.2015 by the alleged contemnors, however, when enquired by this Court as to how and under what manner aforesaid order passed by this Court was violated he could not offer any explanation and sought adjournment.

Today matter was fixed date by Court, however neither petitioner nor his Counsel are in attendance, who appears to have nothing to offer to substantiate the allegations as contained in the listed applications, which are accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
