                        Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 17.5.2011 with the prayer to direct the respondents to ensure supply of water to the petitioner as per share list, whereas, harassment at the hands of respondents was also alleged. It appears that various orders have been passed in the instant matter directing the respondents to ensure that petitioner who found to be eligible may be supplied water as per share list and no harassment will be caused to the petitioner in this regard. The matter is pending since 2011, whereas, petitioner has not come forward to proceed with the matter for last 4 years, who appear to have been lost interest or grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of along with listed application.
