Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. On 16.11.2009, the matter was taken up for hearing and the Counsel for the petitioner was directed to satisfy this Court as to maintainability of instant petition, thereafter, the matter was fixed in Court from time to time, however, learned Counsel for petitioner was not able to satisfy this Court as to maintainability of instant petition and since 2009, the matter is pending without any useful progress, whereas, petitioner appears to have lost interest to pursue this matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
