Petitioners and their Counsel called absent. On the last date of hearing, also learned Counsel for petitioners was not in attendance. Learned D.A.G submits that instant petition is misconceived and is not maintainable as through instant petition, the petitioners sought reinstatement in service by Zarai Taraqiati Bank, whereas, the petitioners have not availed the remedy in accordance with law, it appears that after having filed instant petition on 22.4.2011, petitioners and their Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending before this Court without any useful progress, whereas, nothing has been placed on record which may suggested that petitioners have approached the relevant authority for the purpose of redressal of their grievances, except some mercy appeals seeking their reinstatement. Accordingly, no useful purpose will be served, if this matter is kept pending or adjourned to some other date, which is hereby dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
