Petitioners and their Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 27.4.2013 by the petitioners who sought protection of this Court and quashment of F.I.R No.17 of 2013 registered at police station, Pir Jo Goth, District Khairpur about alleged abduction of petitioner No.1 Mst. Amina. Whereas, it has been stated that petitioner No.1 Mst. Amina has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 Khadim Ali Jagirani out of her own freewill. However, it appears that after having filed instant petition, the petitioners have never shown appearance before this Court, whereas, notices even have not been issued in the instant petition, which is fixed by the office after lapse of about three years. It appears that either the grievance of petitioners stand redressed or the petitioners have lost their interest to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
