C.P.No.D-1682 of 2010
For non-prosecution
18.08.2015
Mr. Qurban Ali Malano
for the petitioner.
.................
Learned
counsel for the petitioner requests for further time to
comply with the office objections. It appears that after filing instant
petition on 28.07.2010 the petitioner has not appeared and still the matter is
being fixed for compliance of office objections whereas four opportunities have
already been granted to compliance. While confronted with this position learned
counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not coming forward to
provide assistance.
Under the circumstances, no useful
purpose would be served if further time is granted for compliance of the office
objection. Instant petition along with the pending applications,
is dismissed for non-prosecution.
