Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Mr. J.K Jarwar, learned Counsel representing the official respondents No.3 to 6 and learned State Counsel referred to comments filed on behalf of official respondents, wherein the allegations of illegal confinement of detainee Ghulam Nabi alias Nagahan by the respondents has been denied and they further submit that police has never illegally detained the aforesaid person, who is absconder in three F.I.Rs bearing Crime No. 155, 156 of 2009 and 20 of 2012 registered at police station, Airport Sukkur. It appears that in view of comments filed on behalf of official respondents, the petitioner has lost interest to proceed instant. Today neither petitioner is not in attendance nor his counsel, whereas, instant petition is pending since 2012 without any useful progress, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
