Petitioners
and their Counsel called absent, no intimation received. On 19.3.2013 when the
matter was fixed in Court, the following order was passed:-
“Issue
notice to the respondents as well as Addl: A.G for 15.5.2013, when the Counsel
shall come prepared and satisfy this Court as to maintainability of this
petition in view of the fact that the F.I.R No.05/2013 has been registered at
Police Station, Doheli, District Jehlum, which falls outside the territorial
jurisdiction of this Court. In the meanwhile no coercive action shall be taken
against the petitioners.”
However, thereafter the petitioner and his Counsel
have not come forward to proceed with the matter or to assist this Court as to
maintainability of instant petition, which is pending since 2013 without any
useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition stands dismissed for
non-prosecution.
