CMA.No.4105/2016. Through listed application, the petitioner seeks amendment in the title of Constitution Petition No.D- 915/2016 by making correction in the designation of respondent No.2 as X.E.N, Tubewell Division, Naushahro Feroze instead of X.E.N, Drainage Division, Naushahro Feroze, which according to learned Counsel for petitioner was wrongly mentioned due to inadvertence. It has been further submitted by learned Counsel that though, instant petition was disposed of along with other identical petitions through a common order dated 29.3.2016, however, when the petitioner approached the concerned department i.e X.E.N Tubewell Division, Naushahro Feroze, he has stated that since his designation does not appear in the title of aforesaid petition, therefore, request of the petitioner cannot be examined.

Learned Asstt: A.G, waives the notice of listed application, does not oppose the request of the petitioner seeking amendment in the title page of instant petition in the aforesaid terms. Accordingly, listed application is allowed. Office is directed to make necessary correction in the title page of instant petition with red ink as referred to herein above.
