                        Mr. Muhammad Ibrahim Gambheer, Junior Associate of Mr. Abdul Haque G. Odho, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner is not coming forward to issue instructions in the instant petition.

                        Instant petition was filed on 19.3.2013 whereby the petitioner has sought direction of this Court in respect of civil dispute and according to learned State Counsel the civil dispute is already pending before the competent court of civil jurisdiction, therefore, we are of the tentative view that petitioner would have sought such remedy by approaching the relevant forum/ court of civil jurisdiction in accordance with law. Accordingly, we do not find any substance in the instant petition, which is dismissed for non-prosecution.
