Petitioner called absent, no intimation received. Mr.Ahmed Ali Shahani has filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.3 and submits that in view of recent judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court, instant petition is not maintainable. Such submission is also supported by learned Additional Advocate General, who has referred to a recent decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Government of Sindh v. Loung Khan Rajper etc., Civil Appeals Nos.19-K to 50-K of 2015.

Since the petitioner is not in attendance, whereas, there has already been a decision of Hon'ble Supreme Court on the subject controversy regarding appointment pursuant to plot donation, therefore, no useful purpose would be served if the matter is adjourned. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
