Petitioners called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 01.03.2012, whereby, the petitioners, who are practicing lawyers, have expressed their grievance against inaction on the part of municipal authorities, who according to petitioners, had not removed the drainage water from their lands,

however, after having filed instant petition, the petitioners have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2012. It appears that grievance of the petitioners stand redressed.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution, however, if the grievance of the petitioners is not redressed so far, the official respondents shall ensure that needful shall be done in accordance with law.
