In view of comments filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, particularly Para No.9 of such comments, learned Counsel for petitioner does not press instant petition and submits that petitioner may seek any further remedy if still aggrieved by preparation of share list, however, submits that the respondents may be directed to supply water to the petitioner as per share list. Accordingly, instant petition stands disposed of with direction to respondents to ensure that the water may be supplied to the petitioner as per share list prepared in accordance with law.
