Petitioner called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 30.4.2013, whereby the petitioner has expressed his grievance in respect of the recruitment process and the examinations conducted by Sindh Public Service Commission, Hyderabad in the year, 2013 for the appointments for the posts of Lecturers. However, after having filed instant petition, the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress, whereas, it appears that no material has been placed on record to justify such allegations of the petitioner. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
