                        Petitioners and their Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 13.4.2012, whereby the petitioners have expressed their grievance against the officials of Evacue Trust Property Board, who according to petitioners are causing harassment and they may dispossess the petitioners from their agricultural lands. However, record shows that after having filed the instant petition, the petitioners and their Counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2012 without any useful progress, who appears to have lost interest in the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
