Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 26.4.2012, whereby the petitioner has sought regularization of his service on the post of Junior Instructor. It appears that the petitioner has not remained vigilant to pursue instant petition, which is pending since, 2012 without any useful progress, it appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
