Learned counsel for the petitioner called absent, no intimation received. Learned AAG submits that under similar circumstances several petitions have been dismissed by this Court including CPD-5008/2015.

Instant petition was filed in the year 2012, whereafter the petitioner has not been vigilant to pursue this matter. It appears that petitioner has lost interest in the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
