                        Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 28.2.2012 by petitioner with the prayer to issue directions to the respondents to allow water to the petitioner as per schedule from          4-R Mori RD-115 Channel, Nara Canal, Taluka Salehpat, District Sukkur. However, after having presented instant petition in the office, the petitioner and his Counsel never shown appearance, whereas, instant petition has been fixed in Court after the lapse of 04 years. Today neither petitioner nor his Counsel are in attendance, it appears that petitioner have lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
