Learned State Counsel submits that instant petition is pending since, 2010 without any useful progress, whereas, the petitioner has not come forward to proceed with the matter during all these years. It appears that either the grievance of petitioner is redressed or petitioner has sought other remedy in accordance with law. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
