Learned Counsel for the petitioner after arguing the matter at some length, does not press instant petition and submits that petitioner will in the first instance seek redressal of his grievances against the concerned respondent by approaching the appropriate forum in accordance with law, however, in case of any adverse orders, the petitioner will seek further remedy, as may be available to the petitioner. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed as not pressed along with listed application.
