Instant petition was filed on 08.05.2013, whereby the petitioner alleged harassment by respondents as according to petitioner, petitioner and others are not being issued gate-passes to sit in the examination of first year PM & PE which was scheduled on 16.05.2013.

Record shows that after filing instant petition in the office, the petitioner and his counsel never shown appearance, who appears to have lost interest to proceed with the matter, whereas, the relief sought, otherwise, has become infructuous on account of lapse of time.

Instant petition stands dismissed along with listed application.
