Petitioners and their Counsel called absent. No intimation received. Instant petition was presented in the office on 11.02.2013, whereby the petitioners have prayed that respondents may be restrained from dispossessing the petitioners and removing their houses without due process of law. After having filed instant pe4tition, the petitioners have not remained vigilant to pursue their remedy, whereas, prima-facie it appears that petitioners have not filed any documents of title in respect of subject property/ land. It appears that petitioners made certain correspondence with respondent T.M.A i.e Sukkur City for regularization of subject plots, however, nothing has been placed on record to establish their claim over subject lands. It appears that petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
