1.                 Urgency is granted.

1,3. & 4.       It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent who have not been nominated in Crime No. 224 of 2015, of police station Abran, U/S 324, 225, 353, 147 and 148 P.P.C. However, I.O of the case has implicated the applicants while submitting challan, whereas non bailable warrants have been issued by ATC Judge, Naushehro Feroze. Per learned counsel, the applicants are willing to surrender before the trial court to join the investigation and to obtain bail before arrest, hence protective bail may be granted to the applicants enabling them to surrender before the trial court

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for five days from today subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned I/C Additional Registrar of this court enabling them to surrender before the learned trial court.

This order shall seize to have its effect on 07.11.2015 or whenever the applicants will surrender themselves before the court of learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Naushehro Feroze whichever is earlier.

Instant criminal bail application stands disposed of.
