                           Mr. Shaharyar Imdad Awan AAG

                                                     .-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-

Petitioner and his counsel called absent. No intimation received. Comments/statements have been filed on behalf of respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 5 which are taken on record. Learned AAG submits that as per comments/statements filed on behalf of respondents no harassment whatsoever has been caused to the petitioner who is seeking mutation of her name in respect of Foti-khata of her husband, whereas there appears some dispute between private parties with regard to her entitlement. Learned AAG submits that such a dispute can not be resolved by this court under its constitutional jurisdiction and parties may be directed to approach the relevant authority/ civil court for resolution of such dispute.

Record shows that petitioner after having filed the instant petition has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter which is pending since 2013 without any progress. Either petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter or her grievance has been redressed. However, we would dispose of instant petition with direction to the parties to get resolved their dispute in respect of mutation of Foti Khata of deceased Abdul Latif s/o Khan Muhammad by approaching relevant revenue authority which shall consider their claim and resolve their dispute in accordance with law, whereas, no harassment whatsoever may be caused in this regard.

                  Accordingly petition stands disposed of.
