1,3. & 4.       It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and did not obtain any loan from the bank nor they were aware about proceedings pending before the Banking Court-II, Larkana in Executive Appln. No. 31/2011, wherein warrants of arrest in respect of the applicants have been issued. Per learned counsel, the applicants are willing to surrender before the executing court, provided that they may be granted protective bail by suspending the warrants of arrest issued by the Banking Court for seven days to enable them to seek appropriate remedy.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for seven days from today subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the I/C Additional Registrar of this court, to enable them to surrender before the Banking Court No.II, Larkana.

This order will seize to have its effect on 25.11.2015 or whenever the applicants will surrender themselves before Banking Court-II, Larkana, whichever is earlier. In the meanwhile, warrants of arrest in respect of the applicants shall remain suspended for the above said period. This criminal bail application stands disposed of along with listed applications.
