Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 29.04.2013, whereby, the petitioner has prayed that polling station may be established in the village of the petitioner.

It appears that instant petition has become infructuous with the lapse of time, whereas, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with the listed applications.
