Through instant petition, the petitioner has expressed his grievance in respect of inaction on the part of respondents as according to petitioner they have not acted upon the transfer posting order and he has not been given posting. After having filed the instant petition, the petitioner failed to remain vigilant to pursue the remedy, whereas, instant petition was presented in the office on 21.2.2013 and is pending without any useful progress. It appears that after having filed the instant petition, neither petitioner nor his Counsel has come forward to proceed with the matter, who appears to have lost interest. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application. However, it is observed that respondents shall conduct themselves strictly in accordance with law and consider the request of the petitioner as per rules and policy.
