Petitioner and his Counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 21.2.2013 whereby the petitioner has impugned notification dated 12.7.2012 issued by respondent No.2 i.e Secretary, Local Government Department Sindh. However, record shows that after having filed instant petition, the petitioner has not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. It appears that today neither petitioner nor his Counsel are in attendance, no intimation received, it appears that petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
