          After arguing the matter at some length in respect of the applicant Hakim, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the he will not press the bail application in respect of Hakim, provided that directions may be issued to the learned trial court to conclude the trial within shortest period of time as according to the learned counsel for the applicant, the applicant is behind the bar for more than one year, whereas, material witnesses have already been examined, however, I.O of the case and mashirs are to be examined by prosecution.

          Learned D.P.G does not oppose such request.

          Accordingly, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed, however, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trail by recording the evidence of remaining witnesses, including I.O and mashirs preferably within a period of two months, whereafter, judgment will be passed in accordance with law.
