Petitioners and their counsel called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 23.04.2013 by the petitioners seeking quashment of FIR No.24/2013 registered under Sections 406, 420, 504, 34 PPC at police station, Baberloi, however, record shows that after having filed instant petition, the petitioners and their counsel never shown appearance except one date of hearing i.e. 24.04.2013 when notices were issued to the respondents.

Today, the petitioners and their counsel are not in appearance. It appears that either the purpose of filing instant petition is served or the petitioners have lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
