1,3. & 4. It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and have falsely been implicated in Crime No. 70/2015, registered at police station Muhabat Dero, U/S 353, 324, 224, 225, 114 and 427 P.P.C & 7ATA. According to learned counsel, the applicants were not aware about registration of such F.I.R and has recently come to know about such case, pending before the court of learned Judge Anti-Terrorism Court, Naushehro Feroze, who has issued non-bailable warrants against the applicants. According to learned counsel, the applicants are willing to surrender before the trial court to obtain bail before arrest, hence protective bail may be granted to the applicants enabling them to surrender before the trial court

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for five days from today subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned I/C Additional Registrar of this court enabling him to surrender before the learned trial court.

This order shall seize to have its effect on 31.10.2015 or whenever the applicants will surrender themselves before the court of learned Anti-Terrorism Court, Naushehro Feroze whichever is earlier. Operation of the N.B.Ws issued against the applicants is suspended for the above said period. This criminal bail application stands disposed of along with listed application.
