Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. After having filed instant petition on 19.04.2013, whereby the petitioner has expressed his grievance regarding non-supply of water from subject watercourse, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the instant petition, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. Moreover, the petitioner can approach the relevant authorities i.e. Irrigation Department for redressal of his grievance regarding water supply, which shall be considered strictly in accordance with law.

Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed application.
