          Petitioner and his advocate called absent. No intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 08.09.2013, whereby the petitioner has expressed his grievance regarding issuance of wrong electricity bill. On 29.03.2016, the learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to satisfy to satisfy the court as to maintainability of instant petition in view of alternative remedy U/S 26 of the Electricity Act, before the Electric Inspector, thereafter the petitioner and his counsel have not come forward to assist the court regarding the objection, who appears to have lost interest.

          Accordingly instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
