2.                 Urgency granted.

1. 3 & 4.       It is inter alia contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in Crime No. 36/2010, registered at police station Mirwah, U/S 365-A P.P.C and 7 ATA.  According to learned counsel, the applicant was not aware about registration of such F.I.R and has recently come to know about such case, pending before the trial court, who has issued non-bailable warrants against the applicant. According to learned counsel, the applicant is willing to surrender before the trial court to obtain bail before arrest, hence protective bail may be granted to the applicant enabling him to surrender before the trial court

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for five days from today subject to furnishing his solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned I/C Additional Registrar of this court enabling him to surrender before the learned trial court.

This order shall seize to have its effect on 04.10.2015 or whenever the applicant will surrender himself before the learned trial court whichever is earlier.  Operation of the N.B.Ws issued against the applicant is suspended for the above said period. This criminal bail application stands disposed of along with listed application.
