               Petitioner Mst. Aneeta d/o Meer Muhammad is present along with her cousin Gulbahar s/o Muhammad Punhal Soomro and his wife Mst. Azizan and submits that the suit filed by her seeking dissolution of marriage with her Ex-husband Muhammad Saleem has been decreed, therefore, she wants to live with her cousin Gulbahar and his wife Mst.Azizan who are present in court as she apprehends danger to her life as well as life of her minor child Ali Hassan aged about three years at the hands of respondents and she requests that she may be allowed to go along with aforesaid persons and  live her life as per her own free will and choice. Her father namely Meer Muhammad present in court undertakes that no harassment will be caused to petitioner Mst.Aneeta, however, requests that he may be allowed to meet with her daughter and grand son.  Petitioner being sui juris who has obtained divorce from her ex-husband submits that she does not want to meet with her parents as she apprehends danger to her life at their hands, therefore, she may be allowed  to live her life as per her own free will and choice.

               In view of above facts and circumstances of the case, we are disposing of instant petition by allowing the petitioner to go along with aforesaid Gulbahar and her wife Mst.Azizan, however, subject to their furnishing bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each before the incharge Additional Registrar of this court. Whereas, SHO Police Station Kot Diji is directed to provide protection to petitioner in accordance with law whenever she requires such protection. Respondents are directed to ensure that no harassment shall be caused to petitioner Mst. Aneeta.

               Instant petition stands disposed in a in the aforesaid terms.
