Pursuant
to Court notice, comments have been filed on behalf of Respondents No.2 & 3
which is taken on record, Learned Addl: A.G submits that Crime No. 24 of 2013
registered at police station, Kandiaro has already been disposed of in “C”
class and submits that the purpose of filing instant petition has been
served-out. Record shows that petitioners have sought qaushment of aforesaid
F.I.R, which was registered regarding abduction of Mst. Reema D/o Ali Muhammad
who had appeared in Court and stated that she being sui-juris contracted
marriage out of her own freewill. Since the F.I.R has already been disposed of
in “C” class, whereas, the petitioners and their counsel appear to have lost interest
to proceed with the matter during last three years. Accordingly, instant
petition stands disposed along with listed application.
