          The petitioners and their advocate called absent. No intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 19.09.2013, whereby the petitioners entered into contract of marriage after freewill marriage and sought quashment of F.I.R No. 105/2013, registered at P.S Bhiria Road, District Naushehro Feroze and relief of protection. On 19.09.2013 notice was issued to the respondents, whereas concerned police was directed not to arrest anyone named in the F.I.R No. 105/2013 of P.S Bhirya Road and they were directed to provide protection in respect of free will marriage, however, it appears that thereafter the petitioners have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter. It appears that grievance of the petitioners stand redressed, therefore, they have not come forward to proceed with this matter which is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution, however, it may be observed that if the aforesaid F.I.R has not so far been disposed of pursuant to statement of Mst. Sanam d/o Lutuf @ Shoukat, the concerned police and the I.O is directed to do the needful in accordance with law and provide protection to the petitioners in respect of freewill marriage.
