No one is in attendance on behalf of the petitioner, no intimation is received. On 12.08.2014 the matter was fixed for orders as to non-prosecution and at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner one week’s time was granted for compliance. However, no compliance was made and thereafter the matter was fixed on 25.11.2014 for the same purpose and as a last chance further time was granted for compliance but the needful has not been done.

Today, neither the petitioner nor his counsel is present nor compliance has been made. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution.
