Petitioner and his counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Instant petition was filed on 06.04.2013, whereby, the petitioner has sought regularization of his service as Naib Qasid, however, after filing instant petition in the office, the petitioner and his counsel have not remained vigilant to proceed with the matter, which is pending since 2013 without any useful progress. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter, which is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution along with listed applications.
