Petitioners and their Counsel are called absent, no intimation received. Learned Addl: A.G submits that instant petition is not maintainable, whereas, similar petitions have already been dismissed by this Bench as well as at Circuit Court, Larkana, whereas, the petitioners have not produced any document to support the allegations for having qualified to be appointed as JST, PST or HST Teachers. According to learned Addl: A.G the petition also suffers from latches, it appears that petitioners in view of herein above facts have lost interest to proceed with this petition, which is pending since 2012. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed along with listed application.
