          Statement has been filed by S.H.O P.S Adilpur on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3 along with annexures, wherein it has been stated that in view of order passed by this Court on 02.03.2016, whereby the interim order passed earlier was recalled and F.I.R No. 19/2016 has been registered on 05.03.216.

          Mr. Riaz Ahmad Shaikh advocate holding brief on behalf of Mr. Ghulam Shabir Dayo, advocate for the petitioner while confronted with such factual position submits that he has been instructed to intimate that petitioner does not want to press instant petition. Accordingly the instant petition, which otherwise has become infructuous, is dismissed as not pressed along with listed application.
