Mr. Gulzar Ahmed Malano associate of Mr.Qurban Ali Malano advocate for petitioner submits that the petitioner is not in contact for the last several years. It appears that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the matter.

Accordingly, this Court is left with no option but to dismiss the instant petition, however, petitioner will be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy before proper forum.

Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
